Vision
The vision for Jesuran Hill Country Ministry in Maskeliya is to be a HEALING SANCTUARY of God’s Kingdom in the peaceful hill country of Sri Lanka — a sacred and welcoming place where people from all Christian denominations, or anyone earnestly seeking God, can come to experience rest, love, peace, and healing in body, mind, and spirit. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, this ministry seeks to reflect the serenity of God’s presence and bring spiritual refreshment to all who enter.
Mission
The mission of Jesuran Hill country Ministry in Maskeliya is to reach out with the love of Christ to the weary, the broken, the suffering, the lost, and the bound, offering them Kingdom restoration through personal prayer, spiritual guidance, pastoral counselling, and quiet reflection amidst the calm of the hill country.
This healing ministry will extend gentle care and compassionate support through both spiritual and physical acts of kindness, helping each person rediscover their God-given value and identity. The central focus is on soul healing — restoring hearts back to God, which remains the true heart and purpose of this calling.

The purpose
The Hill country of Sri Lanka ministers and invests in Gods kingdom to Estate Tea Plucker’s and Indian population of areas like Maskeliya, Hatton, Kandy, Kitulgala, Nuwara Eliya and many other cities.
They conducted workshops, and continued training for a couple of years. Dr Peter Selvaratnam steadfastly remains the Mentor, training them with Inner Healing updates and regularly meets up with them whenever he travels to Sri Lanka.
I had the privilege of meeting with Rev. Stanley Selvaraj and a group of his Hill Country Pastors in 2024 in Colombo. We had a refreshing Inner Healing Day in a venue in Colombo. I truly discovered they are so wonderful, humble, teachable and God is using them powerfully despite their struggles and challenges.
I pray for the windows of heaven to open to them and Gods love and power to envelope them all the days of their lives.
This year Dr. Peter Selvaratnam and & JHC (Melbourne ) are planning to assist them in a self-funding Tea project which will enable them to initiate projects to lift the lives of the Pastors and community they serve.
They conducted workshops, and continued training for a couple of years. Dr Peter Selvaratnam steadfastly remains the Mentor, training them with Inner Healing updates and regularly meets up with them whenever he travels to Sri Lanka.

This Jesuran Inner Healing Centre was launched in September 2012. It has been Ps Hilda’s vision to have a ministry
where those who need longer term inner healing ministry can stay overnight, a weekend, or even for a week or longer
in an atmosphere of worship to get continuous ministry for healing. It is located at Dandenong.

The Jesuran Healing Ministries both in Melbourne/Australia and in Jaffna Sri Lanka and Hill Country Maskeliya-Sri Lanka - are fundamentally a Healing Sanctuary filled with Gods Love. We are not Church, or a NGO or a counselling Centre.
We identify soul wounds that sprout through Generational factors or even while in the mother’s womb-rejected and unloved which causes rejection, anger , depression and many other real-life emotions that damage the soul. There are many other factors that cause soul wounds which we have discovered in this journey of Inner healing.
We at Jesuran Healing Ministries are here to help, direct and teach you to dance through storms.
The senior partner of this ministry is the Holy Spirit who alone how each soul has been woven , what has caused the wound/wounds and knows the root cause of the soul damage in every person. Doctors, Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists are fundamental to human health and healing. But none of them can see invisible spirit soul wounds. Only God can.
That’s why Inner Healing is only through God.
We invite All people from All walks of life to walk into the doors of any Jesuran Healing Ministry and experience Inner healing. It is a must for All human beings. Otherwise, as human beings we will be birthed, grow up, become adults and even face our autumn years with layers and layers of pain ,rejection ,turmoil, tragedies unresolved and never experience spiritual freedom and the joy of the Lord.
We do not believe in converting people. Except to request permission to pray in the name of Jesus -as the ministry anointing is from His presence and Grace. It has touched and healed and loved thousands . Some for Inner healing , some for-trauma healing and several for a touch of love and provision as they arrive in a foreign country with nothing and nobody else to care. Hundreds in other nations to have an inner healing and an essential need met , learn to live and not just survive.

A Testimony of God’s Healing Work Through Jesuran International Teaching School
Soon after I returned from New Zealand, following the establishment of the Jesuran New Zealand Healing Ministry, something remarkable began to unfold. What started quietly soon revealed itself as a divine orchestration—God was birthing something far greater than we had anticipated.
Thus began the Jesuran International Teaching School, a work clearly initiated and sustained by the Lord Himself.
The First School Session: November 26 – December 6, 2026
From the very first session, it was evident that God had handpicked those who were to attend. The Lord sent His generals—and in some cases, raised generals before our very eyes. Each participant carried a distinct calling, and together they formed a company of leaders hungry to see the broken restored.
During one of the group sessions, Pastor Pushpa Wati joined us. She later met with me personally the following day. What she witnessed deeply moved her spirit. In response, she flew to Melbourne and became one of the pastors who helped inaugurate the Jesuran International Teaching School.
Pastor Pushpa ministers in Fiji, New Zealand, and Dubai, and there is no doubt that the healing she received and witnessed will now flow to the broken, the addicted, and the mentally wounded wherever she serves.
At the same time, through the introduction of Os Pitchaiah, Pastor Jyoti Prince and Pastor Peter Prince attended the Inner Healing School. Originally from India, they had ministered for many years in Dubai, and later lived in Sydney to support their only daughter as she raised her four children.
In mid-January, they returned to India carrying with them a fresh impartation. I am confident that this Inner Healing ministry will now reach the broken and marginalized in their homeland, bringing hope where it is desperately needed.
Among those present was Janet Fraser from Kenya, a woman carrying a deep burden for her nation. Her heart aches for families devastated by witchcraft, polygamy, and child abuse—realities that are tragically common and leave many trapped in cycles of pain with no framework for healing.
During the school, Janet herself encountered profound Inner Healing. As we watched, it became clear that God was not only healing her but preparing and shaping a general for the work ahead.
Those days were rich, intense, and deeply moving. Every person who attended learned new dimensions of Inner Healing, both personally and ministerially. Carefully prepared teaching sessions and PowerPoint presentations, developed weeks in advance, explored the many facets of soul healing with clarity and depth.
We could only stand in awe and say, “God be praised.”All glory and honour belong to Him alone—for what He has begun in New Zealand, and for the healing streams now flowing through Jesuran Ministries to the nations.
Looking Ahead: The Second School Session
The second session of the Jesuran International Teaching School will commence from January 6 to January 10. Among the participants will be Pastor Betty Sipert and her husband, Robin Schilder, from Brazil. Pastor Betty leads a Church in Endeavour Hills Vic 3802 and we anticipate a powerful release of healing grace through their lives and ministry.
Janet Fraser will be returning to Kenya at the end of January 2026, further equipped through additional sessions, ready to establish and release Inner Healing ministry in her nation.
A Call for This Hour
This school has emerged at a critical time in history. As the world continues to descend into darkness—marked by family breakdown, rising suicide, addiction, and violence among the youth—the need for deep soul healing has never been greater.
Jesus Christ and His Great Exchange remain the only true answer.Through Jesuran, we are committed to equipping pastors and leaders across the nations to become wise and compassionate soul surgeons, able to minister healing to the wounded and restoration to generations yet to come.

Sri Lanka. Intended to be a overnight Ashram model; manned by Pastors, facilitators, and Intercessors.

and Srilal Ranasinghe of the Melbourne Jesuran Healing Ministry met with Senior Pastor Rev. Stanley Selvaraj
of Grace Church- Mask Eliya and a group of Pastors in the Hill Country.

MENTOR : Dr. Peter Selvaratnam AM – is an Associate Clinical Professor, Australian Specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist, academic, and researcher. He is recognised for his contributions to medical research, and physiotherapy practice, particularly in the areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy,[1] pain management, and professional development.
He isa founder member of JGC-Melbourne and is the author of a profound Inner Healing manual which has been translated in Tamil and Sinhalese . A Chinese translation is in progress. At JHC Melbourne and JAK Jaffna and other parts of Sri Lanka we strongly recommend that beginners and Bible study groups interested in Inner Healing invest delving in to the books insights into Inner healing.

Jesuran New Zealand
I met Ps. Pitchaiah, Senior Pastor of New Life Christ Mission, Salem (South India), very briefly at a Healing Meeting where he ministered powerfully. Just after this encounter, he invited me to fly to New Zealand, where his daughter and family reside, to lead a series of Inner Healing meetings.
My Hosts in Auckland /New Zealand -Beautiful Gracelin Shadrack, Stephen Shadrack and adorable children.
I stayed with this beautiful family, who lovingly organized the first Inner Healing meeting at their residence, followed by a second meeting a few days later. During these gatherings, teaching and PowerPoint presentations were shared on:
- Basic Inner Healing
- Deeper Inner Healing
- Forgiveness
- Repentance
- The Keys to Inner Healing
There was a deep and tangible awareness among those who attended of the urgent need for such a ministry. Hearts were opened, and many recognized the necessity of inner restoration for effective Christian living and ministry.
Approximately six to seven participants came forward to receive the anointing for Inner Healing and to begin learning and growing in this ministry. As a foundational resource, Dr. Peter Selvaratnam’s powerful manual, Healing of the Hurting and Helping the Wounded, was distributed. This manual served as an essential tool to help participants understand both the basics and the deeper intricacies of Inner Healing. This tool will be used for Inner Healing in New Zealand.
Ps. Binurak T. K., Senior Pastor of Bethel AOG Church, also expressed an interest. He is a highly facilitating pastor who mentors and teaches his congregation in an exceptional and inspiring manner.
Pastor Pushpa Chand -Soul Fire Healing and Blessings Ministry.
Through these divine appointments, a beautiful Jesuran New Zealand Healing Ministry was established. Have prayerfully appointed Pastor Puspa Chand ( Soul fire healing and blessings Ministry ) as the facilitator of this ministry in Auckland. She has embraced this calling of soul healing surgery wholeheartedly, and I have no doubt they she will mentor and train many excellent “soul surgeons” under the leading of the Holy Spirit. She ministers in Fiji, Dubai and of course in New Zealand.
Pastor Pushpa Chand participated in the first and second sessions of the Jesuran International school of Teaching in Melbourne /Australia. Deeply inspired and acquiring knowledge from the School of Inner Healing – She received the anointing of Inner Healing. She has become one of the pastors who inaugurated the Jesuran International School of Training in Melbourne /Australia.
