UNDERSTANDING OF OUR MIND

Freud’s Model of the Human Mind and Jesuran Healing Ministry’s recommendations
God is in three persons, The Father, The Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit and He created us in His image as tri-part beings consisting of Body, Soul and Spirit.
 Spirit is God conscious,
 Body is world conscious and
 Soul is Self-conscious.

Soul consists of our mind, will and emotions.
This document further describes the three levels of our mind and how we store information which in turn impacts our daily life.
Freud’s principle is that within the human mind is contained in three levels of what the diagram below shows. They are the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious.
Working together they create our reality.

The attributes of the three categories are discussed in Table 1

This is the aspect of our mental processing that we can think and talk about rationally (Reasoning) It also holds current information that you use every day, such as your current recurring thoughts, behaviour patterns, habits, and feelings. memories through trauma (e.g, abuse, accidents, traumatic birth) and those simply been consciously forgotten Memories that are threatening, damaging and unable to cope with.
Is your objective or thinking mind. It receives the impact from the emotions good and bad from the subconscious and unconscious mind All emotions of guilt, shame, fear, anger etc is generally found in the subconscious mind It is the storehouse of all your deep-seated emotions that have been programmed since birth. It is the area of mind where all the evil desires exist.
This is information received through any of the six senses: sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, or feeling. Cultural beliefs, personal beliefs, self-image identity and projections. the unconscious mind is really the cellar, the underground library of all your memories, habits, and behaviours



LOOP REACTIONS
The three layers of mind work in a loop, creating a domino effect which results in our actions. Given below are some examples:

Trauma (Unconscious mind) leads to Fears (Sub Conscious) and
triggers a Behavior or actions such as avoiding people or panic attacks etc. in the (Conscious mind).

Secret, shame and guilt (Unconscious mind) lead to imaginations, emotion and habits - lust, substance abuse etc. (Sub Conscious) resulting in actions such as illicit relations, illegitimate sex, self-gratification in the (Conscious mind)

An example of how a person is tempted to smoke and way out to stop the addiction
The conscious mind sees someone else smoking or a cigarette butt on the ground. The Unconscious as it has got the memories of feeling elated when we smoked in the past, will prompt the subconscious mind which in turn prompts the conscious mind to go and buy and smoke.
But when we have the Mind of Christ as in Romans 8:12 Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation-but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it.
Psalm 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me
Philippians 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus
In the same scenario above, as our unconscious mind has been renewed, it will give a message to the subconscious mind that we are no longer living by flesh, but that we belong to Jesus and the subconscious will send the signal to the conscious mind not to buy or smoke and the conscious mind will not go and buy cigarettes.
Hence by renewing out mind and washing our minds (Conscious, Subconscious and unconscious) with the blood of Jesus, daily, we overcome temptations, evil habits and do good and develop good habits.
Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will.
Example of how a person is led to cheat or abuse substance.
Why does a person cheat?
The unconscious mind has either seen or gone through the trauma of people cheating their loved ones or themselves or they find the thrill that cheating gives or seeing another person cheat and get away with it.
The Unconscious mind has the memory of all these feelings and emotions that go with it, (the adrenaline rush etc).
When a situation arises and we are in a vulnerable mood or mindset, the unconscious triggers the subconscious mind, and the action takes place in the conscious.
For the person who is cheating has to repent, be cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ, and renew their mind so that God can heal the unconscious and subsequently subconscious mind and the vicious cycle is broken by the blood of Jesus Christ in the conscious mind.
The person who got cheated and whose mind is transformed must forgive the one that cheated. If not, the trauma in their unconscious mind and subsequently in their subconscious mind, will lead them to take revenge or retaliate in their conscious mind.

Bible, the Word of God says,
Luke 6:45 says, “A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart”.
Romans 12:2, says, “ And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God”.
So the solution Jesuran Healing Ministry offers is the cleansing of the three levels of minds as per Hebrews Chapter 9:14.
Hebrews 9 :14 says” How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?”
Hebrews 4:13 Nothing in all creation is hidden from God's sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.
1. Identify that you have sinned in your unconscious

2. Analyse the situation in truth with total openness in the unconscious and subconscious mind


3. Transfer the truth to the Conscious mind with total transparency for all parties involved

4. Ask for the blood of Jesus to cleanse your conscious unconscious and subconscious mind.

A person gets healed in their unconscious mind when they pray the following prayer with their spirit, soul and body.
Oh Lord create in me a clean heart and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Hear the cries of my heart right now, for the uncleanliness that surrounds me, which the enemy has sought to use, to rob kill and destroy. I declare that by your sovereign power and the faith that I have in you, that I will be made clean , for I am yours and you are mine, and that I may have life in you more abundantly.
I thank you for your blood that was shed for me, which cleanses me and forgives every sin. In my conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind. . I now claim Hebrews 9: 14 (how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without [a]spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? )
Through your word I accept and add my faith to claim this cleansing and forgiveness and ask your Holy Spirit to dwell in me deeply, that I may not repeat my sins, negative words, transgressions and iniquities.
Help me to walk in obedience to your holy word filled with your spirit and cleansed by your blood and overcome evil by the name of Jesus Christ every moment of my life.
