APPROACHING THE THRONE OF GRACE

Forgiving yourself and others who have wronged you Without forgiveness, there is no inner healing. You have to forgive yourself and others who have done bad things to you or hold a grudge against. The Lord’s Prayer goes like this, “our Father in heaven …………….. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us……………..” (Mathew 6: 9 to 13)
In order for God to forgive us, we must forgive one another and ourselves.

Forgiveness is an act of pardoning an offender. The Greek word translated literally means ‘to let go’ as when a person does NOT demand a debt to be paid. It is intentional and voluntary to release the person who offends you.

(Mathew 6:14 and 15) 14 For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

Repentance is the activity of reviewing one's actions and feeling apology or regret for past wrongs, which is accompanied by commitment to actual actions that shows and proves a change for the better. It should be noted that true repentance will result in change of actions. (Luke 3 :8-14, Acts 3:19 Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord,

Trading floors are where we trade/exchange with the devil, generational and familiar spirits good for evil. That is to establish Gods characters and Kingdom principles in ourselves and on earth as it is in Heaven. This trading takes place in our unconscious mind.

Exodus 20:5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me,.

Numbers 14:18 New King James Version (NKJV) 18 ‘The Lord is longsuffering and abundant in mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression; but He by no means clears the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generation.’

Generational spirits “attach” to the soul of a person at birth. Whatever the mother and father carry in their bloodlines is transferred to the child.
For example, if a mother is full of fear, the familiar spirit of “fear” will attach to the soul of the child in the womb. Similarly, if the father has an addiction problem in his bloodline, the child will have a familiar spirit of “addiction” attached to its soul.

UNGODLY TRADING FLOORS (Bible reference Ezekiel 28:12-17)

Ezekiel 28:16 “By the abundance of your trading You became filled with violence within, and you sinned;

The nine main categories of Trading Floors are explained below with character attributes in each one. These are named after Old Testament characters as they reflect their attributes.

1. TYRE (SPIRIT OF GREED)

King of Tyre robbed God's temple, used the gold to build a trading city. He was a Baal worshiper involved in idolatry fertility, sensuality and child sacrifice.

We trade into TYRE every time we say;

 “I don't have enough,” or, “I want more,” not trusting God's provision.
 Not bringing full tithe into church & not giving offerings when God directs you.
 Whenever you rob God to meet your own needs.
 Stealing, cheating, falsifying claims, tax dodging, not working your full hours.
 Gambling – trusting luck, not God.
 Materialism, using things to meet a spiritual or emotional need.
 Turning to clothes, chocolate, shoes, & handbags, cars, boats, boys' toys, houses, sex for gratification.

2. JEZEBEL (SPIRIT of Manipulation, intimidation, domination and control)

We trade into Jezebel whenever we;

 Have used your emotions to get your own way.
 You have been controlled by religious systems e.g. legalism, dead works.
 You trying to control political system of church life, your marriage, your children and friends
 You have nagged to get your own way, or you have used your sexual wiles to get your own way.
 You have used a substance to alter your mood – Pharmacia or you use a substance to mask or blot out something.
 You have used blackmail or have accepted being manipulated.

3. ATHALIA (SPIRIT OF ABORTION)

Jezebel’s daughter married King of Judah, tried to control future seed by killing all possible heirs using political system usurping authority.

She was a Baal worshiper (idolatry fertility, sensuality, child sacrifice). Athaliah is after your kingly seed and future inheritance. (death of a destiny)

We trade into Athaliah each time we say;

 I am not good enough,” or “I can't do this” because of your past.
 Whenever you don't receive affirmation because of your past life.
 Whenever you submit to familiar spirits in agreement with their lies about your identity.
 Whenever you do not accept sonship or God's Fatherhood.
 Whenever you accept instant gratification rather than future blessing – Esau sold his birthright.
 Covenants with the dark world e.g., Freemason, New Age, Illuminati, Jehovah’s Witness, Mormons or any cult.

4. CAIN (SPIRIT OF MURDER/ASSASSINATION)

Cain murdered Abel his half-brother because of jealousy and his nature. He was a murderer who held anger in the heart which always results in justification of our behaviour.

We trade into Cain whenever we;

 Hold anger, resentment, or bitterness in our hearts.
 We assassinate someone's character with words to justify ourselves.
 We make accusations motivated by jealousy or fear of our own image.
 We don't follow correct protocol biblically in dealing with conflict and we don't go and confront in love.
 We have something against someone and talk to someone else about it.
 You don't love your wife by giving yourself up for her or you don't honour your husband by respecting him.
 We don't act as our brother's keeper or we take pleasure in someone else's sin to make us feel better.

5. DELILAH (SPIRIT OF LUST)

Seducer causes us to lust in our heart and offers to falsely meet our emotional needs through self-gratification.

We trade into Delilah when we;

 In our mind are living in fantasy worlds. This invokes familiar spirit of “self-centeredness”
 In our heart – patterns, beliefs, protocols to gain acceptance, approval, affirmation.
 Look at pornographic images, fantasies, gratification without relationship and responsibility.
 Have sex without love to meet our own needs or have sex because you need to be needed.
 All sex outside of marriage and some sex within marriage.

6. LEVIATHAN (SPIRIT OF DECEPTION AND SLANDER)

We trade into Leviathan when we;

 Lie to make others think better of you, approval of men/women.
 Exaggerate to give yourself a better appearance or when you deceive by half-truth.
 Gossip for self-promotion or advantage.
 Use information as a source of power to get acceptance or recognition. (Boasting)
 Cheat at tests, exams, (exaggerated resumes,) etc., to appear better than you are (in an interview/ covering letter) and do anything to fit in and be accepted.
 Whenever you withhold truth to give yourself an advantage or you try to impress people.
 Whenever you act falsely or wear a mask to get people to like you.
 Facebook – False or exaggerated trading information. (Whatever you upload is stored in the cyber space and can be accessed by people for different reasons and is never deleted).

7. APOLLYAN (SPIRIT OF ANTI-CHRIST)

This is a fallen angel, which opposes preaching of the gospel, He is a destroyer of inheritance & life to hinder the gospel.

We trade into Apollyon when we;

 Have refused to share the gospel or have preached false gospels.
 Have been involved with religious cults (Jehovah’s Witnesses, Mormons).
 Have been ruled by fear or embarrassment or insecurity to be identified as a Christian / believer.
 Have shared a cheap gospel of salvation message and whenever we have not pointed out the cost of discipleship. Whenever we have watered down the gospel and we have let our testimony be destroyed by sin and have lost confidence in sharing the gospel.
 When we operate in doubt and unbelief.

8. ABSALOM (SPIRIT OF REBELLION)

1 Samuel 15:23 For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.

This is to do with people being disobedient to God, Parents, Church and Government.

Absalom was David’s son who murdered his brother and rebelled against his father to take the throne but finally he lost his life.

This spirit operates outside of God’s authority/governmental; it is like a coup d’état in the church, government etc.
9. TOBIAH (SPIRIT OF ANTI SEMETISM)

This spirit opposes the sovereignty of the land of Israel and the Jews as chosen and children of God.

Psalm 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May they prosper who love you.
7Peace be within your walls, Prosperity within your palaces.”
8For the sake of my brethren and companions, I will now say, “Peace be within you.”
9Because of the house of the Lord our God I will seek your good.

DAILY REPENTANCE IN YOUR PRAYER LIFE IS VITAL FOR ANSWERD PRAYERS

Bible declares in Romans 8:1&2 -There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the life-giving Spirit in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and death.

1 Cor: 15:56&57-: The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

 Perfect repentance is confessing the truth. Without truth you cannot be free (John 8:32) Immediate to your repentance you break the hold of the enemy and the have victory.
 Remorse is different from repentance.
 You cannot stop a demon from being delivered from you in any situation until your repentance is complete.
 When a sinful activity is stopped in the flesh through repentance the spirit attached to it will no longer have a legal hold.

When you make an important decision to give up an addiction/ stronghold or a sinful habit-
1. Surrender to Jesus Christ
2. Confess your sin truthfully.
3. Reay to forsake sin.
4. Claim the redemptive blood of Jesus.
5. Promise you will no longer go back to the sin.
6. Begin to take authority every day and every time the urge comes to sin.

Without repentance demons will re-enter even after deliverance. When we clean our hearts and leave them empty, the devil will bring seven more spirits and occupy the heart.

(Mathew 12:44 - 45 Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’ When it arrives, it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order. Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that person is worse than the first. That is how it will be with this wicked generation.”)

We must fill our heart with God’s Love and character.

AUTHORITY

Authority in simple terms means – the power or right given to us to enforce obedience.

1. Authority comes from God to Man.
2. The Authority was given to the first man initially. Gen 1:27-30 - After creating the Human in his likeness and image, male & female, he gave all authority to them to "Fill & Subdue" the earth.
3. By sinning Adam and Eve lost authority, hence mankind lost authority overall.
4. By His death on the cross, Jesus Christ, restored the authority to all those who believe in Him.
5. In Mathew: 28:18, we read - All authority, in heaven and on earth has been given to me"
6. In Luke 10:19, Jesus says, “See, I have given you authority to tread on snakes and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will harm you.”
7. Thus, he restored the authority back to his apostles and us
8. Authority is given to us in the Name of Jesus Christ and by the blood of Jesus Christ.

In summary, when we
1. Recognise the error in our ways, we
2. Repent and ask the Lord to forgive us, so He frees us to
3. Renounce the sin and then on
4. Resist the devil so we will live a victorious life (James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you)

WHAT IS A THRONE ROOM

The Throne of Grace is where we can approach God with our intercessions, hurts and offences. Jesus is there as our mediator and advocate, (1 John 2:1). It is also where Satan comes in the presence of God to accuse people of their iniquities. The Holy Spirit is our intercessor (Romans 8:26-27) -he is also there to intercede for us.

Each of us can take ourselves, our loved one, the person whom we pray for or those who hurt us to the Throne of Grace for prayer, healing, and deliverance.

Hebrews 4:16 says: “Let us then approach God’s Throne of Grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.”

It should be noted that being at the Throne of Grace is like being at the heavenly court.

Therefore, the Lord God, the Judge, needs to be approached with the same respect as a Judge in an earthly court is approached. Once the petitions are presented and judgment received, the person going before the Throne of Grace should thank the Lord for His judgment and gracefully exit the Throne of Grace.

Step 1

In prayer, present yourself, and the Client or the person who has hurt you into the Throne of Grace.

Step 2

a) Ask for forgiveness for your negative words, sins, iniquities, and transgressions in thought word or deed or action.
b) Repent of negative words you may have spoken in thought word or deed or action, to or over the person taken to the Throne of Grace.

Step 3

Seek the Blood of Jesus Christ to cleanse yourself, person/persons who you are taking to the Throne of Grace. Claim the Blood of Jesus Christ to cleanse and heal the soul wounds of yourself ,or those who you have taken to the Throne of Grace.

Step 4

Seek God’s power to cleanse the bloodlines of yourself, the Client or those who have hurt you to the Throne of Grace as far as the bloodline of Adam and Eve.

Step 5

Release of the Resurrection power of Jesus Christ on yourself, those you have taken to the Throne of Grace. Resurrection power is the very life of God which puts to death the past and resurrects new life. Yes, the same power that raised Jesus Christ from the dead two thousand years ago is available to us right now to transform the weaknesses in our lives into strengths. God’s Power Will cancel Our Past. First, resurrection power is the power to cancel our past — our failures, mistakes, sins, and regrets. (Romans 8:11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.)

Step 6

Command the spirits that have a legal hold on yourself, those you have taken to the Throne of Grace to go to Jesus Christ for judgment.

Step 7
Conclude with the positive affirmations and speak life into yourselves or the clients and decree God’s blessings on the persons or yourself. And seal it with the blood of Jesus Christ.
Step 8
Praise and worship God with a heart of thanksgiving for answered prayers.
(Psalm 150:6 Let everything that has breadth praise the Lord; Praise ye the Lord)
